The Client

Tourism operator, Arbour Boutique Apartments set a new benchmark for boutique luxury and innovation for short-stay accommodation in Toowoomba, Queensland upon its opening. The Arbour provides sophisticated accommodation filled with comfort, understated luxury and old-world charm. It’s a place I would love to stay.

The Problem

Arbour Boutique Apartments came to us needing effective media coverage for the opening of their new Toowoomba accommodation. They required a variety of media strategies to build interest, spread the word, and gain individual and company bookings. We also developed and undertook media training with Arbour representatives to ensure they would be at their best when they were interviewed by the media.

The Results

Tourism marketing is one of my favourites so it goes without saying that I loved working with Arbour to promote the opening of their new boutique apartments. The media campaign successfully gained coverage on ABC Radio, WIN News, The Chronicle, Gold Coast Bulletin plus tourism publications.
